The XLP506XA12GU is a 498 kN (50 ton) workshop hydraulic press from the XLP series. The set includes the RC506 single-acting cylinder with 159 mm stroke and the foot-activated XA12G pneumatic pump; maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). The press features adjustable lower and upper bolsters and a horizontally adjustable RC cylinder. Rapid advance is 0.18 sec/in. Maximum horizontal daylight is 990 mm and maximum vertical daylight is 960 mm (37.8 in). It is supplied as an unassembled kit including the frame, winch, cylinder, pump, gauge, couplers and hose. It is used for straightening, press-fitting and assembly/disassembly in workshops with an air supply.
