About This Product

The XLP506P802U is a 498 kN (50 ton) workshop hydraulic press from the XLP series. The set includes the RC506 single-acting cylinder with 159 mm stroke and the P802 hand pump; maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). The press features adjustable lower and upper bolsters, a horizontally adjustable RC cylinder and a low-effort, high-speed hand pump. Rapid advance is 5.5 mm/stroke (0.22 in/stroke) and pressing is 0.3 mm/stroke. Maximum horizontal daylight is 990 mm and maximum vertical daylight is 960 mm (37.8 in). It is supplied as an unassembled kit including the frame, winch, cylinder, pump, gauge, couplers and hose. It is used in workshops for straightening, press-fitting and assembly/disassembly.
