About This Product

RD256 is a double-acting general purpose hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac RD series. It offers 25 ton (222 kN) advance capacity, a stroke of approximately 159 mm (6.25 in) and a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). Retract capacity is 11 tons. The cylinder has a 63.5 mm bore, 92 mm outside diameter, 397 mm body length and weighs approximately 16 kg (36 lb). Oil capacity is 504 cm³ on advance and 218 cm³ on retract. The plunger outside thread is 1 1/2 in - 12. The surface is painted. It is used for lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling in production lines and workholding applications.
