About This Product

The RD166 is a double-acting general purpose hydraulic cylinder from the RD series. It offers 16 ton push capacity, a 159 mm (6.25 in) stroke and a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). Retract capacity is 8 tons. Cylinder bore is 50.8 mm, outside diameter 80 mm, body length 359 mm and weight approx. 10 kg (22 lb). The plunger outside thread is 1 1/8"-12 and the surface is painted. Advance oil capacity is 323 cm³ and retract oil capacity is 169 cm³. It is used for lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling, particularly in production applications and fixturing.
