RAS1002B is a Simplex RAS series single-acting aluminum hydraulic cylinder with 100 ton (889.6 kN) capacity and 50.8 mm (2 in) stroke. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with 666 bar at rated capacity. Return is provided by a high-strength spring. Collapsed height is 165.1 mm, extended height 215.9 mm, body outside diameter 203.2 mm, piston outside diameter 108 mm, effective area 133.5 cm², required oil capacity 675.1 cm³ and weight 40 lb (approx. 18.1 kg). It is used for general purpose lifting and pushing where a short stroke and low height are needed.
