RAL504 is a Simplex RAL series single-acting aluminum locknut hydraulic cylinder with 50 ton (444.8 kN) capacity and 101.6 mm (4 in) stroke. The lock nut provides mechanical load holding for extended periods. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with 9058 psi at rated capacity. Collapsed height is 257.3 mm, extended height 358.9 mm, body outside diameter 139.7 mm, bore diameter 95.3 mm, piston outside diameter 79.5 mm, effective area 71.2 cm², required oil capacity 709.6 cm³ and weight 25 lb (approx. 11.3 kg).
