RAL5010 is a Simplex RAL series single-acting aluminum locknut hydraulic cylinder with 50 ton (444.8 kN) capacity and 254 mm (10 in) stroke. The lock nut provides mechanical load holding for extended periods. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with 9058 psi at rated capacity. Collapsed height is 409.7 mm, extended height 663.7 mm, body outside diameter 139.7 mm, bore diameter 95.3 mm, piston outside diameter 79.5 mm, effective area 71.2 cm², required oil capacity 1773.1 cm³ and weight 40 lb (approx. 18.1 kg). It is used in lifting and supporting jobs where the load must be held safely.
