RAC606 is a single-acting aluminum center hole hydraulic cylinder from the RAC series (listed under the Simplex brand on the site). Capacity is 60 tons (533.8 kN) with a 152.4 mm (6 in) stroke and a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). Collapsed height is 336.6 mm, extended height 489 mm, body outside diameter 190.5 mm, center hole diameter 54.1 mm, effective area 79.4 cm² and required oil capacity 1212.6 cm³. Weight is approximately 24.9 kg (55 lb). The body is anodized aluminum. The hollow plunger allows both pushing and pulling, for tensioning, testing, pulling and lifting applications.
