LPHT312 is a low pressure hot tapping machine from the Enerpac Machining Tools line. It is used for plugging head sizes of 3-12 in (76-305 mm), with a 762 mm (30 in) stroke and a maximum operating pressure of 19.7 bar (285 psi). It has a compact modular design and weighs 77 kg. Boring bar diameter is 65 mm, maximum rotation speed is 62 rpm and drive motor power is 6 kW (8 hp). Manual feed is 3.5 mm per revolution. The connection flange is 3 in Class 150. Pneumatic or hydraulic drive options are available, and an auto feed unit is an optional extra. It is designed for pressures up to 285 psi, making it suitable for utility pipelines such as water and gas. The design fits into confined spaces, and the manual feed enables safe, efficient cutting.
