Enerpac WP2500H 1800-2450 mm Orbital Milling

The WP2500H is a WP series orbital milling machine designed for the wind power manufacturing industry. It works across a cutting diameter range of 1800-2450 mm (70-96 in), with a blade PCD range of 1836-2436 mm. The milling spindle and rotational drive are hydraulic, with 80 mm (3.15 in) spindle travel and a typical spindle speed of 350 rpm. Minimum hydraulic supply required is 70 L/min at 100 bar (1450 psi). Typical cutting speed is 150-200 mm/min and maximum traverse speed is 300 mm/min. Standard base weight is 3720 kg and machine weight is 1678.5 kg. The standard package includes the rotational drive motor and reduction gearbox, machining facing arm, milling spindle, jaw blocks with 8 clamping jaws (4 adjustable), face mill cutter and inserts, toolkit, CE certificate and operation/maintenance manual. Typical applications are wind turbine blade root end milling and wind tower flange machining.
