About This Product

HCL2502 is a single-acting load return lock nut hydraulic cylinder from the HCL high tonnage series, with 250 ton capacity and 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke. Its load return design uses few parts and is simple to use and maintain. Collapsed height is 249 mm, outside diameter 280 mm, base mounting bolt circle 245 mm and weight 119 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface finish. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). The lock nut holds the load mechanically for extended periods. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding where a short stroke is sufficient, in large-scale construction and heavy load applications.
