Enerpac CUSP500 500 Ton Low Height Cylinder

The CUSP500 is a high-tonnage, ultra-flat (pancake) hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac CUSP series. Its low collapsed height makes it suited to lifting in confined spaces where other cylinders will not fit. The cylinder is in the 500 ton class (574.8 ton capacity). It has a 15.2 mm (0.60 in) stroke, an 82.5 mm collapsed height, a 356 mm outside diameter and a weight of 62.7 kg. It is single-acting with load return. The surface is nitrocarburized (nitride) for durability. An integrated tilting saddle accommodates up to 4° to distribute the load evenly. The cylinder tolerates side load up to 4% of maximum capacity. A red line marks the maximum stroke, and a coupler is included. Typical uses include lifting and levelling heavy machinery and structures, bridge work and maintenance.
