About This Product

CATS201 is a tilt saddle from the Enerpac CATS series. It is designed for use with 150 and 200 ton HCL series hydraulic cylinders. The saddle provides a 5° tilt angle. Saddle diameter is 126 mm (4.96 in) and the addition to cylinder collapsed height is 16 mm (0.63 in). It can be bolted to the cylinder, so it can be used safely in any orientation without the risk of the saddle dropping off. A nitrocarburization surface treatment improves corrosion protection. By increasing contact between the plunger end and the load, the tilt saddle reduces side loading and helps extend cylinder life. It is used in lifting and pushing applications where the load surface is not perfectly level.
