About This Product

HCL15012 is an HCL Series high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder. It is a single-acting, load return design with 150 ton capacity and 300 mm stroke; collapsed height is 459 mm, outside diameter 215 mm and weight 130 kg. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods. The load return design has fewer parts, making it simple to use and maintain. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized finish. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in high capacity work where the load must be held securely by mechanical means. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and it complies with ASME B30.1.
