About This Product

HCL2008 is a single-acting load return lock nut hydraulic cylinder from the HCL high tonnage series, with 200 ton capacity and 200 mm (7.87 in) stroke. Its load return design has fewer parts than other cylinder types, making it simple to use and maintain. Collapsed height is 388 mm, outside diameter 250 mm, base mounting bolt circle 215 mm and weight 143 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface finish. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). The lock nut holds the load mechanically and securely for extended periods. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in large-scale construction and heavy lifting work.
