HCL2004 is a high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac HCL series. It offers 200 ton capacity and a 100 mm stroke. The single-acting, load return design uses fewer parts, making it simple to use and maintain. Collapsed height is 288 mm, outside diameter 250 mm and weight 105 kg. The base mounting bolt circle is 215 mm. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrided surface treatment. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and the cylinder complies with ASME B30.1.
