About This Product

The ATM9 is a hydraulic flange alignment tool set with hand pump from the Enerpac ATM series. It corrects twist and rotational flange misalignment during pipework construction or maintenance, allowing bolts to be placed into the joint. No external power source is required. Maximum reaction force is 9 metric tons (90 kN; 10 short tons) and maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). It suits flange wall thicknesses of 93–223 mm and bolt holes of at least 35.5 mm. Dimensions are 656 × 294 mm and weight is 14.5 kg. The set includes CR400, HC7206C, FZ1055 and P142 components. It is suitable for most ANSI, API, BS and DIN flanges and is used in pipe maintenance at petrochemical, power and process plants. Country of origin is the United Kingdom.
