Enerpac ATM4 4 Ton Flange Alignment Tool

ATM4 is a mechanical flange alignment tool from the Enerpac ATM series. It corrects twist and rotational flange misalignment during pipework construction or maintenance so that bolts can be placed into the joint, without the need for an external power source. Maximum reaction force is 4 ton (40 kN), for flange wall thicknesses of 30–133 mm (1.18–5.23 in). Minimum bolt size and minimum bolt hole diameter are 25 mm. Dimensions are 480 mm length and 292 mm height, and weight is 8.6 kg (19 lbs). Country of origin is the United Kingdom. It is suitable for most ANSI, API, BS and DIN flanges. No slings, hooks or lifting gear are required, and it can be used in any position, horizontally or vertically. It is used on larger, thicker flanged pipe joints in petrochemical, energy and process plants.
