Enerpac SHS48560AW 340 t Synchronous Hoist

SHS48560AW is an SHS-series SyncHoist synchronous hoist system. It works as a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle): hydraulic cylinder and valve groups mounted in-line with the rigging let the operator monitor and adjust each lifting point independently. Integrated stroke sensors and pressure transducers feed position and load data back to the operator control station. The system has 4 cylinders with a total load capacity of 340 metric tons (376 imperial tons), a stroke of 1500 mm (59 in) and a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). Cylinder diameter is 265 mm, collapsed height 2330 mm, extended height 3830 mm and weight per cylinder about 900 kg. It uses an automatic control system, a 15 kW (20 hp) motor and a 400 VAC, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply; accuracy over full stroke is 1 mm. It is used in lifting and lowering applications where heavy loads must be precisely positioned, tilted and aligned with a single crane.
