Enerpac SHS48560MJ 376 ton Synchronous Hoist

SHS48560MJ is an SHS-series SyncHoist synchronous hoist system. It works as a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle): hydraulic cylinder and valve groups mounted in-line with the rigging allow each lifting point to be adjusted independently. The system has 4 cylinders with a total capacity of 376 imperial tons (94 imperial tons per cylinder), a stroke of 59.06 in (1500 mm) and a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar). Cylinder diameter is 10.43 in (265 mm), collapsed height 91.73 in (2330 mm), extended height 150.79 in (3830 mm) and weight per cylinder 1,984 lb (about 900 kg). It uses manual control, a 15 hp motor, 4 pump outlets and a 460-480 VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz supply; oil flow is 128 in³/min. It is used in lifting and lowering applications where heavy loads are handled with a single crane and the individual lifting points need to be adjusted.
