About This Product
The SHS45520AJ is a PLC-controlled synchronous hoisting system designed for precision load lifting and positioning. Comprised of four 60 ton capacity cylinders delivering 220 ton total capacity, the system operates at maximum 700 bar with ±1 mm accuracy over the 500 mm stroke. Integrated cylinder stroke sensors and pressure transducers at each lifting point provide real-time position and load feedback to the operator control station.
Double-acting cylinders feature load holding valves for enhanced safety, while the system reduces damage from sudden starts/stops and wire rope oscillations. Compliant with European lifting directive and safety requirements, this below-the-hook sling adjuster improves worker safety, operating speed and load control capabilities using a single crane.
