Enerpac SHS411040AW 440 t Synchronous Hoist System

SHS411040AW is an SHS-series SyncHoist system, a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle). It consists of specialized hydraulic cylinder and valve combinations mounted in-line with the rigging, allowing each lifting point to be monitored and adjusted independently. The system has a total capacity of 440 metric tons (480 tons) and includes 4 cylinders. Stroke is 1000 mm, maximum pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), and accuracy over full stroke is 1 mm. Cylinder diameter is 315 mm, protective shroud diameter is 780 mm, collapsed height is 1855 mm and extended height is 2855 mm. The power source is 400 VAC, 3 phase, 50 Hz with a 15 kW motor; oil flow is 2.1 L/min. Stroke sensors and pressure transducers provide position and load feedback at the operator control station. PLC controls allow precise horizontal and vertical load positioning with a single crane.
