About This Product
SHS411040AJ is an SHS-series SyncHoist system, a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle). It consists of specialized hydraulic cylinder and valve combinations mounted in-line with the rigging, allowing each lifting point to be monitored and adjusted independently.
The system has a total capacity of 480 tons, with 4 cylinders of 120 tons each. Stroke is 1000 mm (39.37 in), maximum pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), and accuracy over full stroke is 0.04 in. Double-acting cylinders with hydraulic return are used. The power source is 460-480 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz, with a 20 HP motor.
Stroke sensors and pressure transducers on the cylinders provide position and load feedback at the operator control station. PLC controls allow precise horizontal and vertical load positioning with a single crane.
