Enerpac SHC5540S 55 ton SyncHoist Cylinder

SHC5540S is a SyncHoist hydraulic cylinder with sensors from the SHC series. As a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle), it mounts directly in-line with the rigging and allows each lifting point to be monitored and adjusted precisely and independently. It has a capacity of 55 tons (539 kN; 60 imperial tons), 1000 mm (39.37 in) stroke, 700 bar (10,000 psi) maximum operating pressure, and weighs 624 kg. Collapsed height (A) is 1800 mm and extended height (B) is 2800 mm. Integrated stroke sensors and pressure transducers provide position and load feedback at the operator control station. With optional PLC controls, it is used in lifting and lowering applications where a load must be maneuvered precisely in the vertical and horizontal directions using a single crane.
