SHAS422560WU is an autonomous synchronous hoist system from the SHAS series. It is a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle) made up of multiple self-contained, PLC-controlled hydraulic lifting units. Each unit includes a double-acting push/pull cylinder with an integrated pump and controls, so no external power pack or hoses are needed. The system has 4 cylinders with a total capacity of 991 imperial tons and 250 imperial tons per cylinder. Stroke is 1500 mm (59.06 in), maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), and accuracy over full stroke is 0.04 in.
