SHAS411060WU is an autonomous synchronous hoist system from the SHAS series. It is a below-the-hook sling adjuster (hydraulic turnbuckle) made up of multiple self-contained, PLC-controlled hydraulic lifting units. Each unit includes a double-acting push/pull cylinder with an integrated pump and controls, so no external power pack or hydraulic hoses are needed. The system has 4 cylinders with a total capacity of 485 imperial tons and 120 imperial tons per cylinder. Stroke is 1500 mm (59.06 in), maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), and accuracy over full stroke is 0.04 in. Collapsed height is 92.72 in, extended height is 151.77 in, and motor size is 4 x 5 hp. Power supply is 460-480 VAC, 3 ph, 60 Hz with US electrical wiring. The wireless remote lets a single operator control the system from a safe distance, and each cylinder can lift or lower independently.
