R258 is a single-acting, general purpose hydraulic cylinder from the Simplex R series. It offers 25 ton (222.4 kN) capacity and 208 mm stroke, with a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). It has a steel body and a solid piston. Collapsed height is 323.9 mm, extended height is 531.9 mm and body outside diameter is 91.9 mm. Required oil volume is 697.3 cm³ and effective area is 33.3 cm². The threaded collar allows fixturing.
