About This Product

NSH5065 is an NSH-series hydraulic nut splitter designed for flange nut splitting jobs in the oil and gas industries. It has a 36 ton (360 kN) capacity and a 700 bar (10,000 psi) maximum operating pressure; it splits 50–65 mm (2.00–2.56 in) hexagon nuts and suits M33–M42 (1 1/4–1 5/8 in) bolts. A heat-treated steel blade cuts the nut from one side and an internal spring returns it to the start position (single-acting, spring return). Oil capacity is 230 cm³. The maximum allowable hardness to split is ASTM A194 Gr 2H; do not use on square nuts or stainless steel. A CR400 female half coupler is standard, and CR400 and FSC1 are included with the tool. The NSH5065CTK service kit is used for cutting tip replacement.
