About This Product

The Enerpac MM3000i is a robust flange facing machine that mounts inside the flange bore. Using fixed gears, it produces 6 continuous groove (gramophone) finishes to ASME standard. Facing diameter is 1150–3050 mm (45–120 in) with a clamping range of 1120–2800 mm. The standard drive is pneumatic: 4 hp (3 kW) output, 102.4 cfm of air at 90 psi (6.2 bar), and a maximum of 12 rpm. Tool post travel is 102 mm and a hydraulic drive option is available. A single base with extension legs suits different mounting diameters. It is used for on-site refacing of very large-diameter pipeline, pressure vessel and process equipment flanges during maintenance and repair work.
