About This Product

The Enerpac MM200E is a lightweight, robust flange facing machine that clamps onto the outside of the flange. Using fixed gears, it produces continuous groove (gramophone) finishes to ASME standard. Facing diameter is 0–203 mm (0–8 in) with a clamping range of 90–205 mm (3.5–8 in). The standard drive is pneumatic: 1.1 hp (0.82 kW) output, 50 cfm (1.42 m³/min) of air at 90 psi (6.2 bar), and a maximum of 80 rpm. Tool post down feed stroke is 0–25 mm. Machine weight is 23 kg. It is used for on-site facing of small-diameter flanges during maintenance and repair work.
