About This Product

The Enerpac MM2000i is a robust flange facing machine that mounts inside the flange bore. Using fixed gears, it produces 6 continuous groove (gramophone) finishes to ASME standard. Facing diameter is 610–2032 mm (24–80 in) with a clamping range of 604–1830 mm. The standard drive is pneumatic: 4 hp output, 102.4 cfm of air at 90 psi (6.2 bar), and a maximum of 16 rpm. Weight excluding base is 365 kg and the maximum base assembly weight is 206 kg. Minimum swing diameter is 1535 mm. It is used for on-site refacing of large-diameter pipeline, pressure vessel and process equipment flanges during maintenance and repair work.
