Enerpac MHT420-H 4-20 in Hot Tapping Machine

MHT420-H is part of the Enerpac MHT series of medium pressure hot tapping machines, designed for low and medium pressure pipelines. Its tapping diameter range is 102-508 mm (4-20 in), with a 63.5 mm (2.5 in) boring bar diameter and 1,828 mm (72 in) bar travel. Maximum operating pressure is 102 bar (1,480 psi) and maximum continuous operating temperature is 200 °C (390 °F). The hydraulic drive requires 50 L/min (13 gpm); cutter speed is 5-40 RPM, auto feed is 0.076 mm and manual feed is 8.46 mm per revolution. Connection size is 4 #600 and weight is 596 kg. Fast traverse feed is not supplied as standard on this model; fast traverse feed motors are available as an option. The machine is used to make connections and branches on pipelines without the need for shutdown. Standard supply includes drive motor, lifting brackets, cutter holders, connection hoses, valve and pressure gauge, toolkit, mounting studs and nuts, RTJ soft iron ring and #600 RTJ connection spool, with packing list, manual and certification.
