Enerpac MDWS620 Diamond Wire Saw 152-508 mm

MDWS620 is a diamond wire saw from the Enerpac MDWS series that cuts within a 152-508 mm (6-20") diameter range. It uses abrasive cutting technology, which is effective in different subsea environments and for quickly cutting through dissimilar materials. The machine features a hydraulic clamp, auto-feed and a hydraulic drive wheel. Its aluminium frame is compatible with ROV and diver operation, and optional flotation modules are available for deep water use. Dimensions are 2159 x 1524 x 762 mm, weight in air is 413 kg and weight in salt water is 235 kg. It is used for pipeline repairs, decommissioning, salvaging and cutting. It can also be used topside when coolant is applied, but it is not considered a true cold-cutting method for surface operations. Each machine ships with diamond wire rope, a toolkit, a storage/shipping crate, a CE certificate, a packing list and a manual.
