About This Product
The LU2504TB-QR is an electric pump from the LU series, designed for use with hydraulic torque wrenches. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), usable oil capacity is 115 in³ (0.5 gal) and reservoir capacity is 183 in³. The motor is rated 115 V, 1 Ph, 50/60 Hz, 8 A, 0.73 hp.
The pump is a 2-stage design. No-load flow is 3.1 l/min and maximum flow at rated pressure is 0.33 l/min. The valve is a 4-way, 2-position solenoid type and the pump is operated from a pendant control. Sound level is 82-85 dBA and dimensions are 315 mm long x 345 mm wide.
It is designed for intermittent bolting applications and suits maintenance and repair crews running torque wrenches in the field.
