About This Product

LMR2000 is one of the LMR series 2-axis milling rails in the Enerpac Machining Tools line. The LMR range is lighter than the MR range and comes in 3 sizes, with main axis stroke from 1000 mm (40 in) to 2000 mm (80 in). The machine has an ER40 collet spindle, with an optional ISO 30 spindle. Maximum cutter diameter is 25 mm with ER40 and 80 mm with the optional ISO spindle. Hand feed on the main axis is 5 mm per revolution; auto feed is optional. Weight is 168 kg. It is designed primarily for heat exchangers but is robust enough for many other general in-situ milling applications. Pneumatic and hydraulic drive options are available, and it can be mounted directly to Mirage gantries.
