About This Product

The HTM100 (HTM100-M) is a manually operated, medium-pressure hot tapping machine. Tapping diameter range is 12-102 mm (0.5-4"), maximum operating pressure is 102 bar (1480 psi) and maximum continuous operating temperature is 200 °C. Spindle bar travel is 457 mm, manual feed is 3 mm per revolution and weight is 19 kg. It uses manual rotation and feed and has a 2" NPT connection. An optional pneumatic drive is available for 0-200 rpm. It is designed for the water, gas and petrochemical industries to make branch connections without taking the line out of service. Supplied as standard with a toolkit, air filter, lubricator (when required), hose connection, all required hole saw adapters and drive plates, storage/shipping box, CE certificate, packing list and manual.
