About This Product

HCRL15012 is an HCRL series high-tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder. It has a 168.6 ton (150 ton class) capacity and a 300 mm (11.81 in) stroke. The lock nut provides mechanical load holding for extended periods. The double-acting design advances and retracts the plunger hydraulically, giving a faster and more controlled return than load/gravity return equivalents. The standard tilt saddle allows up to 5 degrees of load misalignment. Collapsed height is 534 mm, outside diameter 222 mm and weight 142 kg. Base mounting holes (185 mm bolt circle) and an M222 x 3 collar thread are standard. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding applications.
