About This Product

HCRL15010 is an HCRL series high-tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder. It has a 168.6 ton (150 ton class) capacity and a 250 mm (9.84 in) stroke. The lock nut provides mechanical load holding for extended periods. The double-acting design advances and retracts the plunger hydraulically, giving a faster and more controlled return than load/gravity return equivalents. The standard tilt saddle allows up to 5 degrees of load misalignment. Collapsed height is 484 mm, outside diameter 222 mm and weight 129 kg. Base mounting holes (185 mm bolt circle) and an M222 x 3 collar thread are standard. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in large-scale work where safe mechanical load holding is essential.
