About This Product

The HCR3004 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. Capacity is 341 ton (300 ton class), stroke is 100 mm (3.94 in), collapsed height is 346 mm, outside diameter is 305 mm and weight is 183 kg. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface treatment. The base mounting holes are on a 260 mm bolt circle. Collar threads are optional on 300 ton and higher models. Maximum working pressure for the series is 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing in large-scale construction and heavy load projects. The double-acting design provides hydraulic plunger return.
