HCR5012 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a 62 ton capacity and a 300 mm (11.81 in) stroke. Its hydraulic return design provides fast and controlled plunger advance and retract. It has a collapsed height of 446 mm, an outside diameter of 130 mm, a base mounting bolt circle of 105 mm and a weight of 38 kg. This model includes an M130 x 2 collar thread. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface, and the working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing. It complies with ASME B30.1.
