About This Product

HCR1506 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a capacity of 168 tons, a stroke of 150 mm (5.91 in), a collapsed height of 320 mm, an outside diameter of 215 mm and a weight of 78 kg. The hydraulic return gives fast, controlled plunger movement in both directions. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface that resists side loading and cyclic wear. The cylinder has base mounting holes (185 mm bolt circle), an M215 x 3 collar thread and certified lifting eyes. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and it complies with ASME B30.1.
