About This Product

HCR1008 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. The 113 ton cylinder has a 200 mm stroke, 379 mm collapsed height, 175 mm outside diameter and a weight of 59 kg. The hydraulic return design provides fast and controlled plunger advance and retract. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface that resists side-loading and cyclic wear. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and the cylinder complies with ASME B30.1. Base mounting holes are on a 150 mm bolt circle and the collar thread is M175 x 3. It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing applications.
