About This Product

The SP5000E is a set with the SP50 hydraulic punch delivering 50 tons (490 kN) of force, a standard round die set and a 230V electric pump. The set includes SP50, ZE4410SE, HC7206, SP150, SP170, SP190, SP121, SP123 and a CR400 coupler. The double-acting, hydraulic-return cylinder provides repeatable, fast cycle times. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and mild steel up to 14.2 mm (0.56") thick can be punched. Material thickness should not exceed the hole diameter. Square and oblong dies are ordered separately. Advance oil capacity is 278 cm³ and retract is 229 cm³. Dimensions are 362 x 170.9 x 533.4 mm and weight is 174 kg. Punch and die changeover tools are included, and a steel case keeps the components together for carrying and storage.
