About This Product

RC1012 is a single-acting, spring-return general purpose hydraulic cylinder from the RC series. It offers 11.2 ton capacity, 304 mm (12.00 in) stroke and 400 mm collapsed height. Outside diameter is 57 mm, the base mounting hole bolt circle is 40 mm, collar thread is 2 1/4"-14 UN and weight is 6.8 kg. The plunger advances under hydraulic pressure and retracts via a pre-tensioned Trio Hybrid spring system. A bearing system with composite wear bands and a strengthened stop ring provide side load resistance. The baked enamel finish improves corrosion resistance, and the cylinder can be used in any position. It is used for lifting and pushing tasks that need a long stroke in assembly, maintenance and workshop applications. It is supplied with a CR400 coupler and dust cap.
