About This Product

The Enerpac MM1775E is a robust flange facing machine that clamps onto the outside of the flange. It offers continuous variable auto-feed for continuous groove (gramophone) finishes to ASME standard. Facing diameter is 0–1778 mm (0–70 in) with a clamping range of 1475–1791 mm. Tool post stroke is 0–102 mm on the Z axis and 0–356 mm on the X axis; X and Y axis feed rate is 0.1–0.8 mm per revolution. The pneumatic drive runs up to 5 rpm on a 6.2 bar (90 psi) supply. The machine has 8 clamping locators. It is used for facing heat exchanger flanges and other large flanges such as crane pedestals. A toolkit with tools and inserts and an air filter lubricator are included as standard.
