Enerpac HCR50010 575 ton double-acting cylinder

HCR50010 is a double-acting cylinder from the HCR Series of high tonnage hydraulic cylinders. It has a 575 ton capacity and a 250 mm (9.84 in) stroke. The plunger is driven hydraulically in both directions, giving a faster and more controlled return than load- or gravity-return equivalents. Collapsed height is 544 mm, outside diameter is 400 mm, the base mounting holes sit on a 340 mm bolt circle, and weight is 484 kg. The body and plunger are nitrocarburized, and replaceable upper and lower bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke. Maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi), and the cylinder complies with ASME B30.1. It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing heavy loads in construction and heavy industry applications that require high capacity.
