About This Product

HCR4006 is a high tonnage, double-acting hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a capacity of 450 ton (400 ton class) and a stroke of 150 mm (5.91 in). Collapsed height is 421 mm, outside diameter is 350 mm and weight is 289 kg. The double-acting design provides fast, controlled hydraulic advance and retract of the plunger. The nitrocarburized body and plunger resist side-loading and cyclic wear. Replaceable upper and lower bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke. Maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing in large-scale construction and high capacity lifting projects. The base has mounting holes (300 mm bolt circle) and certified lifting eyes; it complies with ASME B30.1.
