About This Product

HCR10008 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. The 1196 ton cylinder has a 200 mm stroke, 592 mm collapsed height, 570 mm outside diameter and a weight of 1079 kg. The hydraulic return design provides fast and controlled plunger advance and retract. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface that resists side-loading and cyclic wear. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and the cylinder complies with ASME B30.1. Base mounting holes are on a 500 mm bolt circle. It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing in large-scale construction and heavy load projects.
