About This Product

The HCL40012 is an HCL series high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder. It is a single-acting, load return design with 400 ton capacity and 300 mm stroke. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods. Collapsed height is 567 mm, outside diameter 350 mm, base mounting bolt circle 300 mm and weight 425 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface. Maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in large-scale construction and heavy load projects where secure mechanical load holding is required.
