About This Product

HCG3004 is a single-acting, load-return model from the Enerpac HCG Series high tonnage cylinder range. It offers 341 ton capacity and 100 mm stroke, with a collapsed height of 346 mm, an outside diameter of 305 mm and a weight of 182 kg. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized finish that resists side loading and cyclic wear. Upper and lower replaceable bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke, and a stop-ring prevents plunger blow-out. Maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting and pushing in construction and heavy-load applications. Certified lifting eyes and base mounting holes (260 mm bolt circle) are included. It complies with ASME B30.1.
